Akoya Oxygen-Green is the new Black. The first Green Residential address in Dubai. The project consists of a housing community with an approximately 515.84 hectares covering a development for Villas, Apartments, Townhouses and Community facilities. The project scope comprises the design review and supervision for Phase 2 of Akoya Oxygen for Clusters Acuna, Centaury and Janusia with a total 926 Villas & Townhouse Units.
