The area of the plot for the 3 Phases of the projects is (69085m2) equal to 743624,75sqft the University is a private investment but it is under the power of the Abu Dhabi Educational Council (A.D.E.C.) The land of the project is surround it by two existing roads, and one sand road from south direction. The phase I of the project is the educational building, and the Phases II and Phase III Buildings are facilities building. The main educational building is consisting.
