Design Of Armed Forces Housing At Northern Frontier, Hafer Al Batin & Jazan

The Ministry of Defense (MOD) intends to develop 6 Sites for the Housing of its military staff. It is proposed to construct 5477 Units in the 1ST phase across the 6 Sites.

This will be made up with multiple residential types including all required facilities to support the residential and ensure a self-sufficient community. This includes Commercial, Operational & Recreational Facilities and Amenities along with the required Schools, Mosques and Supporting Services and Utilities.
