Development of a 3,300,000 m2 residential and non residential city located approximately 30 kms to the north of the Kingdom Tower, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The project is adjacent to Prince Sultan Humanitarian City (Durrat Al- Ariyadh -1).
Durrat arriyadh- 1 includes 8 million cubic meters of cut and fill to allow the formation of 1,200,000m2 of landscape area, 400,000m2 of roads and walkways and development of 1,700,000m2 of residential and nonresidential plots.

CONSULTING SERVICES Master Planning, design of roads, infrastructure and landscaping, preparation of tender documents and tendering. Construction cost estimates, budget control and schedules, construction management and supervision of construction.
