↳About the work
Industrial project consists of Workshop (4904m2), administration (600m2), ancillary (450m2), electrical services (144m2), mechanical services (240m2) and 2 guardhouses buildings. The project will serve MAN Turbo and Diesel workshop activities for repairing internal combustion engines (mainly vessel ones), including mainly area for steel working machinery and supplementary warehouse (with/out racks) for spare parts and consumables. The above buildings will be located in a RLIC plot of 52166m2 and it is the 1st phase of the project. The 2nd phase includes about 14830m2 of warehouses and workshops extension.
