The project comprises the Redesign and Construction Supervision of the Hotel Tower including 2 Basements, Ground Floor, 1st Floor, 19 Floors (Rooms) Roof, and Upper Roof. A 5 Star Hotel in UAE – Dubai. The Hotel also includes 5 outlets, 2 Ballrooms, distributed between Ground and 1st Floor with one VIP Lounge, Health Club and Roof Swimming Pool.
