The scope of works includes: 1- Rehabilitation of existing Infrastructure. 2- Design of new Infrastructure to satisfy the future development and can be summarized as follows:
- Topographical and Geotechnical surveys.
- New Road Works
- New Electrical MV Network (New 67 MVA Switchgear Building, 142 Substations, 153 Km MV cables, 12 Km HV cables).
- New Electrical LV Network (83 Lighting Panels, 4399 Street Lighting Poles, 132 Km LV cables, 30 Backup Generators, 70 Km LV cables)
- New Telecom Network (1452 Km Optical Fiber cables)
- New LC Network (6 MFACP, 130 Km Optical Fiber cables)
- New Potable Network (86 Km Pressure pipes, 496 Fire Hydrant).
- New Sewer Network (95 Km of sewer gravity lines, 8 Km of sewer pressure lines, 32 lifting stations).
- New Drainage Network (176 Km Channels, 14 Km Interceptors, 13454m3 ponding areas).
- New Sewage Treatment Plant (4x2500m3/day capacity) using BioShaft Technology Advanced Attached Growth Process.
- New Desalination Plant (10000m3/day capacity) using RO Technology.
