Residential Complex for Employee of Governmental Companies and Agencies at Al Ruwais

The project is part of Ruwais (2030) Residential Complex envisaged as a highly amenitized mixed-use and neighborhood township that takes advantage of its unique gulf coast location. The project is located to the East of Ruwais Industrial Complex occupying plot number P (1036) with total area of 517 Ha in addition to the utilities plot number (P 1037) with total area of 21 Ha and will accommodate approximately 26,500 residents.
