The St. Petersburg (D093) is located between islands E13 and E15, on the Eastern edge of THOE development. D093 is zoned as high density and is planned for residential/hotel use amassing a GFA of 17,924.42m2. The project will boast 107 floating seahorses, Cluster A (2 dining, kitchen, bar and pool bar), Cluster B (Gym, bar and 4 beach cabana), Cluster C (MEP buildings) allocated with the reclaimed heart shaped island.
