Trillium Towers

Mercury Development, Beirut, sub-contracted the preliminary and detailed design aspects of the Trillium residential and commercial towers to Associated Consulting Engineers (ACE). Said towers are located in the prestigious Adlieh district of Beirut.

Project details:

• Two highrise residential buildings of 36 floors and 90 apartments with a total built up area of 45,000 m2, also includes gym, club house & sport facilities

• One adjacent low-rise commercial building includes offices and showrooms
