Unified Customs Building

A state-of-the-art building that houses all the Customs Directorate departments, which were spread in various locations in Beirut.

The building encompasses four basements with an area of 8,400 m2, the first basement has several store rooms as for the second, third and fourth basements will be used for parking.

The ground floor with an area of 1,700 m2 will include an Auditorium, an Exhibition Hall, a restaurant and a laboratory; the first floor, also with an area of 1,700 m2, will be used for all mechanical, electrical and telecommunications installations and equipment.

Eleven Floors with an area of 1,360 m2 per floor (total 15,000 m2) will be appointed for all the Customs Departments.
