The project is an integrated hotel and residential development and is located on the main trunk of the Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE. The development on the site has a built-up area of approximately 89,500 sq.m. excluding parking, MEP and external areas, and a maximum height of G + 17 floors. The total constructed floor area of the development is approximately 177,000 sq.m. and includes 2 basement levels. It consists of a U-shaped, 17 story hotel and services apartments complex in three adjoining blocks over a large (190 x 177m) rectangular ground floor and two basements.
